ConsulTec Software is the formal identity for my web design and web development consulting activities.

I have over six years of experience in designing and developing a variety of professional and personal websites, as an independent website designer, contractor and webmaster in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire areas. I focus on designing affordable and professional websites for small businesses and organizations.

I've completed the Website Design & Development Certification Program at the University of Massachusetts - Lowell, with a cumulative GPA of 3.95, and have also taught different modules for the Introduction to HTML class at UMass.

I am proficient in a range of website design technologies and tools, including:

• XHTML, CSS and HTML hand-coding
• Photoshop graphic design, site mockups and site slicing

• Flash multimedia authoring

Prior to moving into a career as a website designer, I held a range of software marketing and sales positions for over 15 years, primarily in Product Marketing and Management.
